Stakeholder mapping
Decisions to use a particular drug were once almost exclusively the preserve of the prescriber. Now, doctors are often no longer the final decision-makers. Very few have complete autonomy and most are heavily constrained about what they can prescribe. The Pharma industry has adjusted to this change with new strategies targeting a variety of clinical and non-clinical decisions-makers. Often, however, we do not know who is really influencing decisions. The processes are complex, varying across therapy areas and even from one geographical area to another, and involve informal as well as formal influence networks. Our stakeholder mapping uses detailed and systemic research and produce highly visual representations which condense this complex decision-making landscape to a level at which a course of action can be devised and undertaken. Understanding the complexities of these processes means that you can develop sales and marketing strategies to get in front of the right people with the right messages.

Stakeholder relationship maps elucidate decision-making influences.
